At end of the ‘90’s, Frits got his PhD in Business Economics. He started working as a university teacher at the RUG and the Durham University Business School. In 2008 he moved on to work as a Business Development Manager at Business Generator Groningen. Throughout the years, Frits has been involved in setting up several start-ups, acquiring financing and drawing up licensing agreements. Frits was also involved in developing the Business Generator Loan for new entrepreneurs who are looking for ways to get their start-up investor ready.
